We never use your data to train AI models. Your prompts, documents, and conversations remain private and are never used for model training or improvement.

You own your data. You can export it, delete it, or manage it however you want at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Use a strong password and keep your login credentials secure.

You must not use Privyy for any illegal activities or to violate any laws or regulations.

You must not attempt to breach our security systems, reverse engineer our platform, or interfere with our service.

You are responsible for the content you upload and the conversations you have. Make sure you have the right to use any content you share.

We strive to keep Privyy available 24/7, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may need to perform maintenance, updates, or deal with unexpected issues.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time, with or without notice.

We're not liable for any downtime, data loss, or issues that may occur due to service interruptions.

Privyy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to provide a secure, reliable service, but we can't guarantee it will be perfect.

We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Privyy.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

This doesn't affect your rights as a consumer under applicable laws.

All content, features, and functionality of Privyy are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or share on Privyy. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of Privyy without our written permission.

You can cancel your account at any time. When you cancel, your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful activities.

If we terminate your account, we'll provide you with a way to export your data (if legally required and technically feasible).

We continuously improve Privyy and may add, modify, or remove features over time.

We'll do our best to notify you of significant changes that affect how you use the service.

If you're not happy with changes, you can cancel your account at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Privyy operates.

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
